Â
All over the world, local coordinators host Pagan Pride celebrations. Pagan Pride Day fosters dignity in Pagan identity through education, activism, charity, and community.
Â
Atlanta’s 2009 Pagan Pride Day event includes a public gathering where Pagans can network with each other and celebrate an Autumn Equinox ritual as well as a food drive
to share our abundant harvest with others in need. Atlanta Pagan Pride Day benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank by asking participants to bring a minimal donation of non-perishable food, collected on Pagan Pride Day and delivered to the Food Bank. Pagan Pride is also a proud sponsor of a blood drive for the Atlanta Red Cross.
Â
There will also be merchant booths, classes, music and dance performances, and many other activities.
